How to Request Account Deletion

Fill out the form below with your registered email address or customer ID.
Provide your full name as registered in the POB Mobile App.
Confirm that you want to delete your account.

Once submitted, our team will process your request securely.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete:

Your account login credentials (username, password)
Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Financial information stored in the app (account numbers, balances, transaction history)

What Data May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, including:

Transaction logs for financial auditing
Records required for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance
Retention period: up to 7 years as mandated by Solomon Islands financial regulations

All retained data will not be used for marketing purposes and is kept securely.

Confirmation

After your request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your account and applicable data have been deleted.
